Plastic Comb binding is achieved by punching 21 holes on the most popular size document A4 (297mm) spine length. Desktop all in one manually punch bind, desktop electric semi-automatic punch bind or stand-alone fully-automatic electric punch & bind available depending on document output.

Place comb into comb opener / closer open side facing up pull handle forward for the requires spine size. Insert document in open comb when completed close comb by pushing handle back to start position. To ensure quick edits repeat steps from start.
